From the first time that I met Monica, I knew she was a kind, caring, and compassionate soul. Our mother was the second resident to move into Goshen Home Care after leaving a nursing home that was understaffed and poorly manged. Monica and the staff were the answer to our prayers and surpassed our expectations of what senior care should be. She was not only well cared for physically, but her emotional needs were more than met as well. I never worried about leaving her after our visits because I knew that they would pick up where we left off. She was truly in the presence of loving and caring owners and staff that also welcomed us on our visits with loving arms. It didn't take us long to see that we had been welcomed into a remarkable extended family. I said a silent prayer every day that we had finally found the perfect place for our beloved mother. We lost her after 97 years, and they treated her final days with the same compassionate care that we had always received, making her transition a very peaceful and loving experience. Though we will not be visiting our mother any longer, we will definitely continue our relationship with our extended Goshen family, whom we are so blessed to have in our lives.
